After 4 years of construction, this magnificent structure stands tall as the highlight of Changi Airport. Jewel Changi Airport Terminals
The four terminals at Jewel Changi Airport are built in almost a circular form, making it easy to navigate between them.
Terminal 1: Terminal 1 has 3 levels above and 3 basement levels each loaded with an array of retail and food/beverage outlets.
Terminal 2: Terminal 2 on the other hand has 3 levels and one basement, where you can find the Koi Pond and Crystal Garden, in addition to some inviting coffee shops. You will also find many retail stores including Tiffany, Zara, and Hugo Boss.
Terminal 3: Terminal 3 contains 3 levels and 3 basements, much like Terminal 1, and is opposite Terminal 2.
Terminal 4: Terminal 4 is at the far opposite of Terminal one, with 2 levels and 1 basement.
Jewel
Jewel, Changi’s latest attraction, is not a part of any terminal but is connected to Terminal 1 and in between Terminals 2 and 3. Containing famous attractions like the Rain Vortex, Forest Valley, Canopy Park, Shaw Theatres, and Changi Experience Studio, the Jewel is almost at the heart of the airport.
It stands just outside of Terminal 1, but is also accessible from other terminals, through Terminal 1.
There a variety of options to navigate between terminals:
- Sky Train: Terminals 1, 2, and 3, are connected by the Sky train.
- Walking: It is also possible to navigate between Terminals 1, 2, and 3 by foot.
- Shuttle Bus:To go to and from Terminal 4, there is a bus shuttle available.
- Link Bridges: Jewel is accessible via link bridges from Terminal 2 and 3.
Changi Lounge

How to reach Jewel Changi Airport
- Bus: Bus numbers 24, 27, 34,36, 53, 110, 858 will stop at terminal 1’s basement bus bay and follow the sign that points towards Jewel.
- Train: Take the East-West Line and get off at the Changi Airport Station (CG2).
- Taxi: Taxis are easily available from any location. It is a 20-minute drive from City Center via East Coast Parkway (ECP), which leads into Airport Boulevard.

Changi Airport is equipped with five car parks, one at each terminal, and one between Terminal 2 and JetQuay. Charges vary based on each area.

For passengers in transit, the baggage storage facility is available on Level 1. We recommend you avail of the storage facility since many attractions do not allow baggage to be carried inside.
