Burj Khalifa Hours

The Burj Khalifa is open to the public from 8:30AM - 11PM everyday of the week, with time slots every half hour. The last entry is 45 minutes prior to close.

Best Time to Visit Burj Khalifa

Sights-wise, the best time to visit the Burj Khalifa is at sunset. However, keep in mind that reservations between 4PM and 6PM are considered ‘prime hours’ and, thus, cost more. If you’re planning to catch the sunset, it’s recommended you book an entry time approximately 90 minutes prior. This will ensure you’ve had plenty of time to arrive at the observation deck. Alternatively, if you are in budget, time your visit for early morning (8:30 AM-10:00 AM), early afternoon (1:30 PM-3:30 PM), or after 8:30 PM to avoid the crowds.

Getting To Burj Khalifa

The Burj Khalifa is located in Downtown Dubai, right next to Dubai Mall. While it’s pretty easy to reach, all general visitors will need to walk through the mall to access the entrance. No taxi will take you right up to the Burj unless you’re a resident, a guest at the Armani Hotel, or have a reservation at At.Mosphere restaurant. Once you get to Dubai Mall, you need to walk through the mall to the Lower Ground Floor (LG).

By Metro:

Take the Red Line to Burj Khalifa Metro Station. From here, you can either walk or take the F13 bus and get off at the next stop, which is the Dubai Mall Bus Stop.

From Abu Dhabi:

Take the exit to Financial Centre Road (Doha) from 1st interchange. The approach road to The Dubai Mall will be on the right hand side.
